This story belongs to Yossi Schwartz. A seeker with an extraordinary palate, a true giant in the world of fine spirits, one of the world’s most respected selectors of single casks. He built a legacy finding rare spirits that told a story. But he held another dream, closer still, to honour the three great appellations of France: Cognac, Armagnac, Calvados, with the same reverence he gave to whisky.

To bring it to life, he turned to Alexandre Vingtier, one of France’s most respected spirits experts. A musketeer of Armagnac, a Cognac educator, a Calvados specialist, and a man deeply woven into the fabric of small farms and family domains across these historic regions.

They followed whispers into forgotten cellars.
