SHIPPING POLICY
Where We Ship Beau Geste Collection currently ships to customers within South Africa only. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Order Processing Orders are processed within 2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Timeframes Delivery times vary depending on the delivery address and courier service. Estimated delivery times will be provided where applicable. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays, public holidays and other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and order.
Carriers & Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation by email. Where tracking information is available, this will be provided so that you can monitor your delivery.
Packaging All orders are carefully packaged to help ensure they arrive safely and in good condition.
Alcohol Shipping Restrictions Alcohol may only be purchased and received by persons who meet the legal age requirements applicable in South Africa. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet the applicable legal age requirement. Proof of age may be required where applicable.
Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within 7 business days of your expected delivery date, please contact us at enquiries@beaugestecollection.com with your order number and, where applicable, photographs of the damage. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
