In so doing we immerse ourselves in the ancient orchards of Normandy, and reimagine their bounty in a fresh, contemporary light.

MICHEL BEUCHER

Every spirit tells a story, and this one starts decades back, long before it was distilled at the turn of the century. It was at this time, in the early ’60s, that Paul Beucher pioneered the organic farming methods that his son, Michel, still practices to this day.


Blessed with exceptionally fertile terroir, the family farm operates in harmony with nature, the foundations for a prevailing ethos that continues to guide its output. This approach has won it both international accolades and the respect and admiration of connoisseurs.

A lively, intense release packed with fresh fruits, spice, coffee and dark chocolate, it captures the unique flavours and natural nuances of the ancient orchards that first gave it life.
